Custom axleback baby!

Today is MY day for something cool ;D

After waiting 2 weeks, my muffler finally came from JRP. It is a Vibrant Streetpower Black muffler . Reason for this muffler is because Im not a big fan of polished exhaust system. Looks great on the shelf, but it sticks out too much on the car, IMO.

Right after I picked it up, I went to ** Zoro Muffler ************** to have it installed. Within 5 minutes, my car was up in the air! The guy that did the work on my car was really helpful and prices were quite reasonable. This was actually the first time that these guys have seen a Honda Fit... then moments later, an xB showed up, so all the guys there were totally lost as to whats going on.. AHahah!!

I ended up going with full stainless 2" piping with a flange for the days that I want to go back to stock. Anyway, after about an hour, everything was set and done! I also got them to mod a TSX tip to make it fit the muffler for the added OEM look!

Driving Experience:
Starting up the car, I was all excited with the little rumble that I never got before ;D. After driving for abit, I notice it can be most heard when under 3000rpm, after that it gets quiet, and after that? My CAI takes over. I like how its not very loud, just a tad louder than stock. The tone is very deep and refined, my friends that heard it today were surprised how nice it sounds even with a little 4banger. It doesn’t sound raspy at all! As for performance wise, I think I notice more power in the upper ranges too! So far, I’m happy with my exhaust, just need to drive it for a while to see if anything changes.

I'll try to take some more pictures tomorrow when I get some daylight

NICE!!! I love the OEM look. I originally wanted the OEM EP3 muffler.
My Mx6 has a OEM Evo8 muffler. I love it so much!
