I was shopping around for SRI and one of the vendors that i spoke told me that FUJITA is now owned by INJEN,Can somebody please enlighten me in this issue?

 

I am pretty shocked that you heard this. Actually, it is a little backwards and twisted from the truth. INJEN DOES NOT OWN FUJITA.

Facts:
1) Fujita's GM is actually a part owner of Injen Technology since 1998. He also helped create Injen Technology.

2) Fujita and Injen have no relation whatsoever aside from many employees who once worked at Injen. Me being one of them.

3) Fujita and Injen were in a litigation. The judgment was in favor of Fujita.
