Question Thoughts on Fuel Decomposing using Magnets?

I wanted to hear some people’s thoughts on this new product I have started to see everywhere. It is essentially a powerful magnet attached to the fuel line. At first I thought it was just another scam, but now I am starting to see bigger names starting to market it as well. Does this product work? Has anybody ever independently tested one of these products?

I clipped this from a web site. Note: there are some edits to remove the name brand. It describes the product and operating purpose.
The power of the magnetism decomposes the molecule of gasoline into ultrafine particles, which turn the gasoline into the perfect fuel for the perfect combustion. Therefore, explosive power rises. Perfect combustion is the foundations of tuning. There are five fundamental effects (power, torque, response, mpg, and cleaner exhaust gas).
