CARB exempt short ram

The only CAI that I have been able to locate that might be CARB exempt is possibly the Injen CAI. No SRI that are CARB exempt that I have been able to locate. The K&N Typhoon SRI on my Honda Element is CARB exempt but the Fit version is not. In addition I would prefer to have a dry filter for the Fit. Anybody have more current information?
