Hmm . . . not sure why you're so upset with this, they're not the only company that sells a Fit intake that requires relocating the battery (Top Fuel has one too -- big cock-like thing.). And a J's will run you apx. $645 right about now if you go carbon, and that's not including shipping yet even. The engine cover's a deal as well -- about $60 or so less than the Tourenn, which doesn't come with the VTEC badge either (though it's maybe better made? haven't seen both up close to say for certain).

That having been said, I'll stick with my Power Box and probably pick up a Tourenn cover at some point as I like matte finish better.

its not actually the price thats bullshit, its password in general ya i could buy something else and ya it may require the same thing but they are most likely a proven product and usually authentic

now password wants you to pau top dollar for some quick crap they threw together for looks they knew a bunch of retarded fanboys would buy as soon as they saw it

Smile Password Jdm

I personally like the intake. Unfortunetly we would have to relocate the battery to use this intake as stated!
So 500 bucks total, give or take, for the battery reposition and a carbon fiber intake that extends further away from the engine bay then a T1R does.
If I am not mistaken the T1R is going for 380 ish? So ultimately your spending a extra 120-140 bucks on a system that looks better and will have more of a chance to suck up cooler air.

sorry but it wont outperform the t1r, just because the intake is a tad further down dosent mean shit, and when you have a fit are you really looking for power? no or you wouldnt have bought it

Smile Why Not?

Thanks for your input Yazzflute. I am looking for as much power as I can pull out of it. To be honest I think the new design looks CLEAN! Doesn't the T1R rubb and bump into the battery anyways? I thought I read it somewhere on the formuz?
Why are you so opposed to this new intake? Is it just because of the new relocation of the battery? And again I am here to learn.....going to start modding my FIT so would like to know as much as I can. Let me know your toughts...thx man

very um.. funky Sure fills up the engine bay with carbon!

I fully admit that I am not an expert at reading dyno's... but is there a slight power loss at 4200rpm?

i'm no expert myself either, but it looks to me like it just doesn't gain much (or at all) compared to stock at around that rpm range.
