AEM Fuel/Ignition Controller installed

Hey just letting you guys know that i have successfully installed AEM's F/IC into my Fit, so far it has been really stable no hiccups. Im one step closer to my Homemade turbo kit.
Here's the link to the product:
AEM Fuel / Ignition Controller (F/IC) p/n 30-1910
just by reading the instructions alone will give you a lot of information.

If anyone has questions feel free to ask me.

the aem F/IC is better than the ultimate in the way it adds/subtract fuel and retard timing, it doesn't trick the ecu in anyway to add more fuel but it intercepts the signal and add's it by itself. plus it's a lot cheaper too. it's as close to a standalone system as you can get being a piggyback system.
Im not buying the turbo kits out there becuase it's way overpriced for my budget, i don't like the engine management that they use, and im able to build my own for a lot cheaper.

Why would someone "just not too into the whole tuning thing" have a MILLION turbos hanging around. Just for decoration or what.......

How about a few photos of you and your million turbos????

Were there any dyno gains made from the tuning? Do you need a laptop?

He said they were for his old 240. And you can build a motor and put on a big turbo and not tune the car due to safety reasons. If I spent a lot of money on a motor Id feel more comfortable bringing it somewhere to a person that tunes cars daily.

My Mx-6 is tuned by me, mainly due to limited fuel adjustments I have. I tuned my friends Eclipse with an AFC one day though. Never touched and AFC or tuned a car. Drove it around for hours and changed curves here and there.
Yes, he had a wideband.

digging this back up from the dead, but did you buy a harness adapter or did you just cut and splice the factory wiring? I plan to run the FI/C as well. maybe we should have a competitive race to see who can boost there car first. lol. any luck on getting the flanges from aaron yet? havent' heard from him in a week or so.

I think you are refering to the E-manage Blue

I was under the impression that the Ultimate can do all of that and more, has a list of features a mile long.

Granted AEM is cheaper for sure.
