what power???

on the fit....
what are full bolt ons making at the wheel?

say a wr race header, sw intake, aspec bpipe, touring medallion exhaust, and a wr intake manifold.

what's the base whp gained? i know there's plenty potential to get 20whp on the setup listed, but what's everyone's setup consist of that makes some good power?

obviously at 2500lbs and low power, the fit needs every bit of power it can get. lol.

With the manifold and race header,i WANT to say you'll be at around 105-110whp

was it tuned? i heard with the intake mani you need to tune it to get more fuel... if it was tuned, what did they use to tune it?

With the Megan Header, Megan Downpipe, and Tanabe Exhaust I got 98.6whp.

But just yesterday I finished my full exhaust setup with the T1R Midpipe. The megan midpipe I had ordered had kept me waiting 3 months because they kept on pushing the backorder.

I should be doing about 102whp now.

Now the fact that I dont have an aftermarket intake is HUGE!
Because if I have a full exhaust and nothing to force the air in (no aftermarket intake) then the whp will be low, for example the 98 whp that i'm making now. Now If I get an aftermarket intake my increase in whp will be significantly big because while the full exhaust will yield me a 9-12 whp, by adding an intake my full exhaust setup will yield me a 11-16whp. And this is not even including what the intake itself would produce to the wheels which should be about 1-4whp.

Why don't you ask this guy. He made 139whp with bolt ons! He defied the whole tuning scene. https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/fit-...-dyno-day.html

My engine mods:

T1R header
T1R 50S Exhuast
T1R Pulley (Whenever Ben decides to send that purple bugger to me!! )
Greddy E-Manage Ultimate (Tuned by AJR)
Fujita CAI
Weapon R Intake Manifold

With all of this I would be VERY happy with 115whp on a dynojet... translates roughly into 105whp on a mustang Dyno from what I have heard.

805FitSport (no longer active on here) dynoed 107whp with a Fujita CAI, DC shorty header, T1R test pipe, Spoon B-pipe, forgot the axle-back, and a lighter crank pulley.

As you can tell. All Fits are different.

yeahno........

i don't care how much solid evidence he has. i'm not an idiot. throw whatever proof you want at me. the dyno was messed up. and that guy is an idiot for thinking his car is that fast. sorry. dont mean to hate... but people that really think that their full boltons (i/h/e/im) produce 40whp are idiots. end of story.

on a side note... i just got my fit dyno'd. i had some stickers and a huge type r wing. here is the proof.

If you read through the whole thread, I came to the conclusion the dyno was about 10% optimistic when compared to a dyno jet. When stacked against the dyno jet, I calculated about 106 whp when compared to a fellow fitfreakers previous dyno run.

I am still open to an invitation to run my car on another dyno if somebody has a good deal for me.

Those are actually great numbers. Especially in these small car, my car definately pulls in 3rd and 4th with the basic bolt-ons.

All Fit definately are different...for that matter, all CARS are different but those are awesome numbers that 805FitSport produced.
