i got a great deal on mine. got to look around. i think there is even a nearly complete kit in the FS section for like $2k

top fuel turbo kit used for 1k miles w/ oil pan already tapped $1500
AEM wideband $200
AEM fic $230
jumper harness to make AEM fic plug and play $130
270cc injectors $35
1g dsm BOV and flange $35
ik22 spark plugs $32
o2 bungs, heat tape, miscellaneous bolts/nuts $20

also i used bing cashback on most of the purchases. 8% of almost any ebay buy it now item. so -$162

almost even $2k and im boosting.

Nighthawk SI is right, u can build a kit for under 2g's by putting together compatible parts and getting it tuned professionally.

What i wanna know is where the hell u found a plug n play jumper harness for $130 lmao. I'm gonna get mine from boomslang and it's $250.

nothing is out for the ge since the exhaust manifold is an integrated part but you could make an adapter plate like what was used for the old honda hx manifolds on the d16 motors.

you can try the AEM FIC. however, the GE has a MAF sensor and a MAP sensor so its more difficult. the civic(has both sensors as well) people i know have had a tough time with the emanage and FIC, but they did get it to be drivable. however, as soon as flashpro came out for the civic, seems that almost everyone got rid of the piggyback tuning, so i guess it wasnt good enough to keep.

since ur'e using top Fuel Turbo kitt also
id like to ask something

ur boost peak @ 9 Psi = 0,62 bars
is that their standard boost ?

Hyper Rev Magazine stated 0,5 bars = 7 Psi on cvt tranny could reach 148 whp

i havent dynoed mine yet...

i didnt change anything to raise the boost, so yes, thats the standard setting for the wastegate.
ill try to get a scan of my dyno sheet and post it.

ive since added an intercooler and noticed a significant increase in how it pulls. going for another tune tomorow and dyno test.

i have a manual.

the an internal wastegate is not able to be set any lower than it is designed for.
sowhatever boost your peaking at now is the lowest youll be able to get.

only way to lower it is to get a internal wastegate that opens at lower boost.

Hi,
I not sure how accurate is my RSM.
But before installed turbo, RSM and Dyno is abt the same, +,- 1whp

But after installed TD04 turbo with 0.6 bar max boost,
RSM show only 124hp, with turbo.( stock 105 HP dyno before turbo, website shown 109 HP for L15A) I had tested alot of time, even there an error, it cannot more then 5 hp error. What is my next project to upgrade?
my spec:

L15A stock engine, no mod internal. CVT auto
added TD04
tunned AEM FIC @ 11.5 Air fuel ratio
Upgraded Fuel pump SARD 265 , (more powerful then Walbro 255)
fuel system mod: Rising rate fuel regualtor up to 68 PSI ( it jam at 68 and cannot go more PSI, why?)
stock 4 injector but added 2 extra 440CC injectors
Greddy boost controller

question: Should i enlarge my 4x stock injectors? my mechanic told me that stay as stock due to my A/F can reached 11:1, he told me that my car slow due to CVT adsorb all the torque. is true?
