Possible to put F20C engine (S2K) inside Honda Fit

I am just wondering because me and my friend were discussing whether if its a good idea or not. What would be a prefered transmission to use? thanks.

thats alot of fabrication right there. Yes anything is possible... is it justifiable to do it for the amount of money it will cost? NO

The S2000 is RWD, so you could have two options:

1) Find a suitable F20 compatible transmission that's FWD or;

2) Convert the Fit to RWD, which would require a large amount of custom fabrication. As far as I know, the torsion bar rear suspension would have to go. That setup isn't going do too well with RWD.

however a RWD fit would be hella pimp. I'm thinking staggerd offsets. And stretched tires. Hella drift. hmmmm. now you got me thinking. DAMMIT i hate when this happens. I mean it can't be more than about 50k for the whole thing right? hmm

edit: If you can do it with a prelude or scion you can do it with a fit.....

If you got the money it can be done. Just search for the integra with an h22 swap, but the motor isn't where you think it is!

Also lets keep the RWD fit idea on the DL i wouldn't want someone to steal my new brain child. Now the thing is to find someone capable of doing the swap
