thank you. that header site is a good tool. i got some old mechanical engineering books that help me figure out air flow and vacuum dynamics to calculate that stuff.

 

yeah, you cant forget good old helmholtz resonance either. i've done it by the book with forumlas in the past but the calculator is pretty close and gives me an idea. honestly i'm putting too much effort into it. lol I should just boost it and make 5 times the power. just scared. lol I drive close to 40k miles a year and I need the car to last at least 5 years.

yeah. im getting boost in 25 days from now but i drive almost 30k a year. my plan is to run a twin boost setting. 4.5psi for the daily and 8 for when some kid in a civic thinks he is fast.

not yet. probably not for a few weeks. we just got a huge service campaign at work which is killing us. been working 11 hour days and flagging 18-25 hours a day(flat rate tech) makes you feel real old quick! lets just say uncle sam is going to love me.
