Weapon*R Race Header!!

Alright we have done alot of testing and redisgn for this header and now its finally here! This headers is a 4-2-1 race header that will eliminate the catalytic converter and it is not carb approved. This header will get you gains that you have been looking for. Now we have tested this and we have seen gains up to 8whp but we will test again with a forum member who comes down for a test. We are looking to do $500.00 Shipped to the 48 states and it will come with the needed CEL Eliminator as well at no charge! Now here are some pics!!!!

This Header comes just how it is in the picture plus the CEL Eliminator that is not pictured. To do this header in your driveway your going to have the car on jackstands because you have to drop the k member to get it in there.

paypal is customerseriver@weapon-r.com

is there an installation manual PDF somewhere I can download? I want to see if I'm able to do the install myself or not, since it's also a cat delete, no shop here will do the install...

everything is quite perfect with this product, so I really hope the installation won't be the bottleneck.

I dont have instructions yet but its not too hard if you have worked on cars before but im not saying its that easy. you gotta take off the 4 bolts that hold the subframe to the chassis for clearance remove the stock header and slide this one in. you will have to pull down on the k member to get it in.

FROM THE MANIFOLD THREAD

Ok so we did some dyno testing today and it was a bone stock fit that we borrowed from N1 Concepts. We started with the OEM baseline and then we only added the SW Intake and everything else remained stock and here is that dyno....

The next thing we did was put on the intake manifold and dyno'd here is the sheet for that. So now the car only has the SW Intake and our new Manifold everything else is stock!

Here is the last dyno which we added the Race Header to the car and the results didnt turn out too well because we still had the stock exhaust which did not help it flow. When we were doing the dyno we heard the exhaust just trying to breath so if you have a full catback you can expect alot better gains.

Here is a video of when we first put the manifold on.

Looks really good on paper. Will you be testing with a cat-back as well? Also, what drove you guys to a redesign? I want one!!!! PM sent!

Well we just did more testing and thats what led to a redesign and now its how we want it to be.

We didnt test with a catback because not everyone will have the same one but alot of people do have the stock cat back.

We do ship to the UK.
