We have something in the works for a cat-back system. As for adding a cat we dont do that since we offer a street header wich you can use the stock cat and the race header is for all out power.

Anyone else have the Race Header installed yet? Any having problem with the CEL ? Just installed my race header w/the provided CEL Eliminator and after about 30miles it threw the CEL. Seems to have noticeable gains according to the butt dyno.

you might have to adjust the CEL how far do you have it into the header now?

How would you adjust it? if it wasnt all the way in and tight it would move around...

The first O2 sensor in the header is just screwed in like it was on the stock manifold. The second O2 sensor is installed in the CEL Eliminator which is then screwed into the downpipe section right before the flex pipe.

The CEL when put onto the header can be backed out a few turns and then to tighten use the nut to go against the bung to tighten

I added a sparkplug non-fouler #42002 to the end of the CEL Eliminator and have driven about 200 miles now with no CEL light. Hopefully it wont came back on.

This looks like a really quality header, does it still require you to drop the k member when using a lift?

I did not have to drop the K member when I installed it. I just slid the header part in from above and the downpipe section from below and connected them together.

No we actually redesigned it so now it is a 2 piece and it can be installed without dropping the k member. We installed the main section by driooping it in from the top and then lifting the car to install the tail section.

Can you post pics of the redesigned headers? Does the redesign compromise power at all?

We tested the header on a USDM Fit but i know it will fit on the 1.3L fit as well since we have those in china as well.

so with that being said. would this two piece basically look like the street header, with a down pipe that elimates the cat?

that way when i go say get my car smogged for some odd reason, all i have to do is install my down pipe with my cat and ill be safe?

that was my biggest concern, i actually only want to run catless on the tracks, but when im daily driving my car...i would like to use my cat.
