Nice ride, for starters. Loved seeing the progression on the build.

Anyway - I have zero experience with the turbo setups out for the Fit, but my presumption would be that the gasket should be the same for the turbo manifold as it is for the regular or aftermarket headers. With that said, bernardiparts.com or collegehillshonda.com should have what you need pretty reasonably priced, or your local dealer.
You may be able to find one cheaper aftermarket too.
Bernardiparts.com has a replacement gasket for 7.71, plus whatever shipping will be. Should be an easy install too - I hear replacing the headers on the GD is pretty straight forward.

the exhaust gasket for the fit is a calapsable metal gasket. they are rather hard to blow. i think you probably just didnt have the bolts tightened enough.

i think someone is pulling your leg on this one.
if it blows you will see exhaust leaking under your hood.

to relpace it all you have to do is take off 3 bolts and 2 nuts to the turbo manifold. pull the manifold back far enough to slip the gasket off and put on a new one.

when you install the new one latter it with white lithium grease. the lithium will burn and turn to carbon forming a solid seal all the way around so no gas will escape.
