I have looked into the posibility of swaping a complete intake manifold and throtle body from a GE8 into a GD3. It looks like it will work with slight modifying. Just EGR porting may be a issue. Anyone have any inputs on this and do you fit freaks think it has the possibility on power gains? I know the GE8 T/B is bigger and it seams like the manifold will allow for more air flow. All conectors seam to be the same for the snsr's and DBW set up!

 

Looked into this a bit further, will not work. The manifold itself will not fit, EGR issues. The throttle body may swap over with little bit of work though.
