Dear god please, don't use the neo. You'll blow your shit up so fast your head will spin. Get the AEM and a good tune. PM me if you want a basemap.

My bad, I assumed you were FI. Sorry!

If you're going to stick N/A, I'd personally go with the Emanage or Emanage Ultimate. These units will allow you to do airflow adjustments, and direct fuel adjustments (with extra injector harness if using emanage blue), as well as retard AND advance timing (again, extra ignition harness for EMB).

Last I knew Sugarphreak was using the EManage Ultimate, not the FIC. The FIC is really designed for adding forced induction to a factory N/A car, and here's why -

~It has it's own dedicated MAP sensor, so you aren't limited to the factory one (11.6 psig or so on Hondas, usually)
~It directly manipulates the crank and cam position sensors for very accurate timing control, but can ONLY RETARD timing. If you add colder plugs, airflow mods, and run better gas in an N/A fit you're going to want to advance the timing to make any real gains.
~It has the ability to directly control our oxygen sensor, so when we hit boost in closed loop (our cars actually rarely hit open loop), we can target a richer Air:Fuel ratio to keep the motor safe and ward off detonation. This isn't really needed if you're not boosting - the stock target AFR map is good enough.

The Emanage (blue and ultimate) will allow you to advance the timing (need extra harness for blue), and still allow airflow-based adjustments and direct fueling adjustments (+20% only with injector harness on EMB, +/-100% for EMU) to adjust for your airflow improving mods.

The Apexi AFC NEO would be the cheapest, but will only allow airflow based adjustments at a few breakpoints (EManage uses 16x16 maps). If you're N/A now, and planning on FI, I'd get the AFC Neo. It will allow you to adjust your fueling with minimum cash outlay. Just please, whatever you read, don't use the NEO (or any other AFC) for boost. There's a way to do it, called "the AFC hack," but it advances your timing A LOT because the computer thinks you're at a really low manifold pressure when you're in fact in boost. Shit gets ugly from there, plus OBD 2 cars tend to not be able to idle well with that type of management. Bottom line it will make your little Honda hamsters very unhappy and eventually they'll rebel by escaping through the hole they bored in your engine.

As always, I recommend Boomslang's plug & play harnesses. They'll make harnesses for the Fit for any management you want, just call and ask for it. Hacking up your factory harness sucks balls. Trust me.

so for NA might as well just get E ultimate. seeing as how its better than the NEO
