But if i install the spoon, i think i cant install a a strut bar in front.. look at this:
But i've see J's racing make one with a strut bar, but i dont like the bar cuz its not a solid one..

My ingalls seems to rattle alot, and now the rubber inside feels alot softer than before, the good thing about ingalls are the bracket but there ugly it let's you use any strut, ide like to use a different damper with ingalls bracket.

i would say get the spoon one because im a firm believer in that company.
j's has a front strut bar and etd combination package that you can consider.
personally i would just skip the etd and go right to harder engine mounts because the etd really destroy the stock engine mounts quickly because of the soft rubber in the oem mounts.

for my Spoon ETD ,all 3 top mounting nuts loosened and fell off. the bolts are pretty long so they were still in position and the ETD was still semi-functioning.. replaced with some nuts from homedepot now I just check it monthly to make sure it doesn't loosen up again.
was going to recommend you try Ingalls because it's out of the way and would seem to have more stiffness, but hearing some weird stories about how the rubber washer melts off and other stuff like that i donno how serious a factor it is.
i still like the spoon etd, just wish the bolts would loosen so easily (had them really tight too). i think it's caused from downshifting for engine braking making lots of engine vibration.

i'm going agree with the other people on this thread and say get solid motor mounts. you wont need an ETD after you put them on.
if you do get one, get spoon. when you put the nuts in pull back the fender liner and put a nut on the other end of the bolts

i too am in the market for a full suspension upgrade, wondering the same question myself...
i remember reading somewhere about the first spoon brackets breaking and reading somewhere else later on that they fixed it with a redesigned bracket?!
i also remember aj-racing had mounts for sale, but i don't see them on their site no more...
wasup? info? hmm...
