Worth the money to get a header and B-pipe?

I currently have an Aspec axle back and am thinking about getting the mid section and also a header. Is it even worth the money to get a header and finish my exhaust? Will I get or feel any hp gains from that? I am going to be running an intake as well and no tuning. Thanks.

i dont think a b-pipe is worth it, although it does make your exhaust sound alot better

The header and intake will give you noticeable power gains, but I'd only go with the b-pipe also if you decide you want to go FI. Keeping the Factory B-pipe will also keep your exhaust from getting tooo loud.

Ok cool, so don't waste my money on a b-pipe then. I do not plan on going FI. I am just adding a couple of bolt ons. I will be going with a short ram intake and I already have an Aspec axle back exhaust. So I should be good with just adding a header and I will get gains from it? Thanks.

i donno. ive modded many NA's in the past and the performance gains are only marginal... (you gain noise).

if i were you, i would invest more money on the suspension and wheels/tires.

A Header like a DC Sports or T1R will give you more midrange for sure because of the sightly bigger pipes and '' A LOT'' better collector!! A race Header like the Weapon R Race will give more top end power!!

If you have an AT go DC or T1R... MTX, it depends of your goals!!

As of the B-Pipe, like the others allready said, it's unlikely to give big gains on a Fit with only a couple of bolt-ons!!

If i were you, i would put an a Air Intake (Fujita, AEM, Injen!), then a Header and then a Pulley... Polishing the lower plenum maybe will net you some power and it's almost free if you have a dremel and some skills!!

Marko!!

+1 the increase (if there is an increase) of power you get is so little. I would only consider a full bolt on if you are going FI. If not then I would do strictly suspension work.

Dont waste your money on performance mods for the fit unless your ultimate goal is to boost it. Not worth it otherwise.

get a blitz throttle controller and try SP3 mode you will never go back, it won't add HP but will make the car more fun to drive.
