I don't think the oil cooler is dead... just bottom of the list of the massive amount projects they have right now (I know first hand how busy those guys are). Keep in mind, right now they are working on the Si Kit (those Si guys have been waiting for YEARS), finishing up Miata kits (Miata have waaayyy too many differences between the years), and they are still working on getting all the kits CARB'd. And they are probably working on stuff that I don't know about... or can't talk about.
Let me apologize in advance to OJR, but if you guys want, bug them till the oil cooler kit gets higher priority. Remember they are here to make money, and if they see a demand, they will put there attention to it. Maybe a list or group buy will get the ball rolling.

I was just at their shop on Friday and they were very excited about the oil cooler. I think its a lot closer to being released than you guys think, must be just misc. parts to finish the kits off or something. I will be adding one when it becomes available soon.

I don't see why not, since the K and L both use the same filter size and the bracket mounts the cooler in front of the radiator.

Yea, totally forgot that the filter is on the back and not the front of the motor. But when the kit becomes available, it doesn't hurt to ask it see if they can make longer lines.

But in the case of the Fit, I think your main worry would be tranny. Which is why most of us ran for tranny coolers once we installed our KWSC kits.

Still thinking if I should get an oil temperature gauge to monitor the oil temperature when I take that POS to lapping day.
But seems like my NA setup just doesn't create enough heat for me to worry. Water temperature didn't go higher than 85c degree when I go lapping on a 30c+ day. Without the spoon thermostat it just go a bit higher. Still lower than 90c as far as I remember.
