dc sport header install question

dc sport header install question

am i suppose to use all the oem hardware, they sent bolts btw

and

what size exhuast gasket do the 07 fits use?

any help would be great

Yah use the new bolts. the 2 top studs did not come off when i took the stock header off ( i hear sometimes they do) so I just reused the 2 nutts that went over those. if they come off, i guess you can use 2 new ones. i also reused all the gaskets.

PB blaster and a breaker bar saved me fyi.

Depends on how old your motor is. II put my header on when the engine had about 36,000 miles, so the OE gasket was in fine shape. Defineately use the new mounting hardwire, no sense re-using the old stuff if you have new. The only tricky part may be the hard mount at the bottom of the header where it meets the OE stuff, start those bolts before you tighten the header bolts.
