Exhaust Leak?

I just finished installing my new Tanabe Touring Medallion. Everything seemed like it lined up good and it sounds great, but...

There is water? dripping from the gasket where the Tanabe meets up with the stock B pipe. Does this indicate an exhaust leak or is this normal?

Thanks!

The inside of the engine and exhaust accumulates moisture when warming up like the outside of a glass filled with ice water, so the water is a natural thing... The joint has a leak but because the cat back muffler has very little back pressure you aren't hearing it... I would just remove the bolts and separate the parts enough to center the ring gasket and sequentially tighten the bolts a turn or two at a time being careful to keep the gasket properly in place.... It might rust the B pipe side of the joint in time since it is made of mild steel.
