Does anyone have a Spoon air filter installed?

I am debating to get either the Mugen or the Spoon drop in air filter for the USDM Fit. There is a review of the Mugen by sillyputty but can’t find any for the Spoon.

Can a member with a Spoon filter post their impression/review?

Thanks

I had spoon drop in untill my Fujita CAI arrived and it(spoon drop in) made a little difference, looks almost like the mugen except the mugen has the sponge material on one side which I hink will make a bigger difference than the spoon. Personaly, between the two drop ins id go with the mugen>

paowee13, how much difference in power did you feel between the Spoon drop in and the CAI? Noticable?

Big difference between the fujita cai and the spoon drop in...

In my opinion the spoon drop in had a very slight sound change from the stock a little more raspy and had a bit more torque onthe lower rpms a as opposed to the fujita. The fujita on the other hand had a very very slight power loss in torque in the low rpms and a again very very slight, once the car gets going though youl notice a huge difference both in sound and power once you hit 2800 or 3000 rpm onwards, i think... my estimate may not be accurate but anyway... Its a very good cai and Im happy with it, sounds awesome adds power and i didnt even have to trim anything to fit the cone.
