At this point I don't believe there will be any satisfaction from "kraftwerks". I'm ready to send it to a 3rd party for repair, what a pain in the a$$. Thanks for the link Coyote, I'll contact those folks.

I just noticed that the KW ad is still showing up on the sponsor links...whiskey tango foxtrot???

Well wonder of wonders, an RMA showed up on Tuesday for the SC! It gets pulled next week, the fit goes back to the mishimoto intake and the wait begins. Needless to say I'm shocked and stoked at the same time. So it appears that support for these systems is not dead, just a little (lot?) slow.

It's funny how things can go from good to bad so quickly. Picked the car up on friday and drove it home. Saturday morning filled it up with 93, headed to get a haircut and then was planning a slow trip up I-5 to get 100 miles on the new unit below 3000 rpm. Never made it to the barber. At 25 miles a seized C15-60.

Haven't slept well...

You got a new replacement and it seized in 25 miles? Best of luck, you have the worst luck with these it seems.

I've had the same unit since 07 and have tons of track time on it. Still running strong.

Yeah I don't know why I have had such bad luck with this. Thinking about buying a manual, swapping everything over, going turbo and selling the auto. Seriously considering this...I really like the gd3 platform.
