As the 1.3DSI has been out in Far East since day 1, I wonder if any turbo kits are out there for the 1.3DSI. I know of SC and Turbo for the 1500VTEC but in the UK we only have teh 1.3DS.

yeah i really hope Jackson racing's SC works for us man, cos i read in one of the forums dat the SC works international. i really hope it works for the 1.3 idsi AT, cos would love have one.

 

This is what we want here in Greece.I think in Europe we have only the 1.3.
So please JS do something for us.

 

well, there are definately turbos out there for the 1.3, in HK, I know there are some listed for HK$10K, all in + installation.

At home here, i think there are some that are FI'd.

 

you could fab up your own kit if you felt up to it. the tunning is the hard part.

 

Same here in Turkey, the only engine we have is the 1.3 I-DSI. Great engine, not complaining... But it would be nice to have some upgrade options...

But, AFAIK, superchargers are recommended for I-DSI engines, not turbos...

 

I know of two 1.3 jazz running on turbo. 125whp. Everything is custom, I think they spent around $3500.

 

In Singapore here, it`ll costs only about USD$2800 full kit... comes with all the pipings, filter, cooler and last e-managed + install... all made in Thailand...

 

Any details on the HK turbo's? I spend a lot of time over there and never come accross anything!

Shops name called ST Power, located at Tai Seng area. No too sure do they still have the kit now, but you can drop by and have a look. Local price then is bout $3800 SGD all in include dyno, if i can remember correctly. You can also check whether any discounts for two kits, as I might be interested, as hands getting itchy again for a turbo!!!
