Spoon Spoiler Questions: Clear this up for me

Okay...

I've seen a few threads about people who have installed the Spoon spoiler. I noticed some people say they need to modify their rear wiper and some people didn't. Also, after installing the spoiler on a Sport, are their any holes remaining? Is it difficult to install the spoiler? Drilling holes involved?

Thanks for all the info.

i cut out the middle bolt so to not miscalculate when drilling. I used double tape over the stock spoiler holes. I had to cut my wiper but AJR told me that the new stock comes with a shorter wiper.

You do have to get the short radio antenna.

any pictures of your cut wipers? also, you're saying that the newer Fits have shorter wipers? Mine was made 01/07. I hope I have the shorter wiper but I don't have anyone to compare with.

Actually for all the new Spoon roof spoiler comes with a shorter wiper so you will not need to do any modifications to your stock one so basically you just replace it when you install the wing.
