Duplicolor Paint in BLAZE ORANGE. Does it exist?
Hey guys, I guess this is more of a question for BOM fit owners but has anyone seen a color from DUPLICOLOR paints that is similar to BLAZE ORANGE? I want to paint a few things in my engine bay and would like it to match up, otherwise I'm gonna go with a generic red.
I've looked around here at a few stores that carry the paint but haven't found anything that is even close to that color yet.

You have company- I want to paint my engine cover, but have not found spray cans of Blaze Orange off the shelf yet. I bought a little vial of touch up Blaze Orange paint from Bernardi, and I'll bet that they have the spray cans too.

Heh I'm wondering if I get one of those "testors" air brush kits for model cars and just grab a few bottles of touch up paint from honda if I can use that to paint my cover.
All fitfreaks with center mounted license plates should buy some self-adhesive plastic bumpers at your hardware store and stick one on the bumper behind the top center of your license plate. If your paint isn't gone now, it will be soon.
If you're planning to spraypaint or airbrush your engine cover I wouldn't bother because it will just turn out looking like shit. Either pay a bodyshop to do it right or don't do it at all. But a spraybomb is always usefull for touching up small dings to make them look a little less unsightly... but sometimes IMO a ding looks better than a glob of mismatched paint or a spraybomb mess. Then again I'm a painter so I pretty much frown upon anything that isn't a proper job using bodyshop grade equipment and products.
