i recently got a fabulous spoiler off a member here, but the thing dont come with HOLES, and i understand the OEM sport spoiler has 3 bolt sticking out of it to the hatch and 2 bolts on the out side to go into the hatch as well,
well this is a FRP peice and doesn't have all that, i understand you can use 3m double side tape but this thing is kinda heavy and i don't think it's going to hold it.

does anyone know if i need to drill two holes on the spoiler so i can bolt it through the hatch ?
if so, then the bolts will be visible ?

DOUBLE sided tape is what you use to keep it on your car.
