Toe kills tires. Camber, not so much. Once the other wheels are on there I won't be dailying it anymore. Just because bending one of the rims would make my cry a river...

Camber and pulled fenders is all you need. Flares arent needed.

van from one ton garage said if you went with something like that it would probably be more than just fenders and camber. but it doesnt seem worth it to me if you arent going to daily it.

I think 16x9's and +15 is ease up front. (NOT EASE, but you know) Felix did it on his 16x8's +15. +5 in the rear isnt much. And since the rear 1/4's are so strong the pulling would look way cleaner than the front; due to our FisherPrice fenders.

16x9 +5 isnt much? i dont see how you figure that because on felix's car if those were 9's think about how wide that would be and you can only pull that rear fender out so much. imagine like another inch or so of rim, it would stick out too much and that would be on a x8 +15.

The tires are going to be hella stretched. We will see, I'm going to take some measurements this week before I make my final decision. The rear I'm not too worried about, it's the front because the fenders are so flimsy. The rear I'll easily be able to roll enough.

Why? Because I'm anal as hell when it comes to my paint, wheels, and just my car in general? It will still be driven often, but more so around town. I drive 100 miles round trip to work every day. It isn't worth it to me.

He didnt even pull his rear 1/4's. He went for the washer mod.
My rears arent pulled at all. Just the inner lip is rolled.

Blah... I can get a friend to do mine if I wanted. Hes pulled SOOO many cars. His 240 rear 1/4's are so smooth. Hard to believe they were the first ones hes done.

meh fit is not the same as nissans, stupid bumper mounting postion on the fit does not help in doing so. rolling fenders does helps but of course anything else is possible

i didnt say it cant be done

you wont be able to really fit the 9's in the back with camber because it would rub on the inner wall so you would have to run a spacer. most of the ones you see with 9's have metal widebody fenders that run 2500USD.
its honestly better to just run a 7 or 7.5 with a low offset and save yourself money in the long run unless you really feel the need to do so. Atleast with the 7 or 7.5 you could daily it

It's not the fact that I couldn't daily. I need to start keeping mileage down on her. She's sitting at 13.5k already, and I've only had her since december. I may end up just throwing the rega's on there and buying the t1r turbo kit. I'm in between road racing the fit, or shooting for vip status. The only reason I'm not sure if I wanna do the road race thing, is because I'm working on building a kseries hatch at the moment, and I'm not sure what I'm doing with that. I think that will probably be a piston/rod motor with a full race kit and make like 500-550whp as a weekend warrior. Who knows, I can never make up my mind until I actually spend the money....

well i mean put it this way. what would be more fun to drive an all motor kswapped hatch or a little fit? i would just lean my money towards that hatch and keep your fit stock if your not really planning on driving it. tracking the hatch would be way more fun dont you think?

Screw it....I'll just boost both of them. At least the fit would still hold some value since I won't be messing with the body. Now....white or silver rega's on nhbp?
