What are you guys using to stick your emblems to your Fits? This would obviously be for people who removed their OEM emblems for some reason like painting them and put them back on.

I want to paint mine and I would like to put it back on the car

 

3M sells double-sided foam tapes for automotive applications. One version is opaque gray, and another that is clear. Both stick tenaciously.

Any idea where I could purchase this in person? Autoparts store or a walmart type store?

 

any of those. its gray or black foam with red plastic as the transfer paper stuff.

 

Anyone buy this stuff and know where I could find it for sure? I've checked a few stores and they don't seem to have any automotive stuff, all I find is the 3M squares.

 

I bought some double sided 3M tape at Lowe's.

-.- its not gonna say automotive on it.. just 3M double sided tape.. it has a red film over the dark gray tape

 

Yes, mine didn't say 'automotive' specifically on it.
I bought the heavy duty one that can hold objects up to 5 pounds. I don't want my chrome door handles to fall off, lol.

 

Soon after posting, I went to autozone and bought the 3M stuff. Black with the red backing for $6 for 15ft.
