Tinting OEM tail lights (VHT nightshades): Anyone have pics on a Milano Red Sport?
So I finally bought a can of VHT nightshades after giving it much thought. However, I've been unable to find a pic of tinted tails on a Milano Red Fit Sport. Would very much appreciate pics and a description of how many coats (VHT and clear) and any comments on how much light is seen during daytime braking. I've seen a couple pics on this forum and seems like most are doing 3 coats of Nightshade, but seems a little too dark for the daytime, think 2 coats would suffice? Thanks for any insight on this subject.

Well here are the results. I used 2 coats of Niteshades and 5 coats of clear, wetsanded, and buffed with compound. As you can see in the first pic for some odd reason one turned out darker than the other. I had to remove the lighter tail and hit it with another light coat of niteshades to even them up. The second pic shows the final results as well as the completed rear wiper delete. Overall I'm happy with the results.
