can I turn a non fit sport to a sport

Depends on what do you mean by "sport kit".
The OEM Sport lip kit for example can be added as well as others such as J's or Mugen. The spoiler however can be a challenge if you do not want to drill into your hatch; in fact, some people actually have traded hatches with Fits the same color and others used double. If you want fog lights, the bumper will have to have the holes cut out (and possibly drilled to mount the lights) and either the button that goes beside the mirror adjustment to turn them on or a new light stalk. For paddles, I don't think they will work with a Base model; you'll need a certain ECU for the paddles (which cost 50 bucks each).
There is some stuff I know I'm missing out on, but that's the thick of it. Here is an excellent example of a modded Base model.

no fogs, but I want the side skirts, wing, and maybe the lip, but I hear no lip and lowering it looks nice but havent seen it yet. Dont want the paddles either, cause in my opioin its not like my other car (gti), which is true paddle shifting lol. Also can I do rims aswell and cruise. Do they derect fit like side skirts and lip, also can u just adhere the spoiler.

I know that the front and rear lips are drilled into the bumper for the sport models, not too sure about the side skirts though. Might check that out tomorrow if I can remember. In the mean time, here is a thread with a couple pictures of a lowered Base without any lip kit.
