I bought some of this paint, for my vbp, and it contained no pearl!!!
It was close matching blue paint! No metal in it.

 

That sucks, hope you can get it back off to correct the problem.

I bought a touch up paint pen from this seller on eBay for my Tafetta FIT the paint comes out one end and clear coat comes out the other end of the pen. His eBay ID is "paintpens" and here is a link to his store. If you don't see yours I'll bet he can get it. Excellent service and even provides detailed instructions for doing touch ups. same here... I used some touchup from honda on my S2000 and it matched almost perfect with the metallic flake and everything.

 

would you just go to the Honda dealer and ask them for the touch-up paint? how do they sell it....can, pen, ??? i need some for my SSM Sport

just bought one from him....Storm Silver Metallic and he said the paint codes were stamped on the pens....so im assuming there OEM Hondas

the dealer gave me some honda touch up paint with my purchase. I have used it and it matches perfectly. I would recomend using what honda has to offer. Black is a hard color to match perfectly but the honda touch up worked wonders.
