tail gate garnish...

So how long before someone makes a tail gate garnish like the Mugen one, but for USDM rear bumpers?

I've wanted one since I first saw it.

Well the USDM bumper is thicker, so odds are it wouldn't be flush.

The Mugen garnish does fit with the USDM bumpers. It's not quite as clean as the JDM bumper cars, but it still looks neat.

Thanks for the pics Yuf. I'm sure alot of people are wanting to see this comparison. Man...looks like JDM bumper is the only way to go for now. But whoever makes a counterpart for the US bumpers would make a killing in sales =)

Damn, quite a difference in the rear bumpers! I'll wait until someone has one for the USDM bumper.

The one that Yuf posted doesn't look as pronounced as the authentic Mugen one. It doesn't match up with the rear body lines. If they were to match up it would look MUCH better.

I think it's more of the fact that the picture was taken in an underground car park with poor lighting and a point and shoot camera and the garnish is black which doesn't show off the lines very well!!!

And I'm certainly no expert in taking pics!!!

Maybe some outdoor daytime pics would be better but that won't be until the weekend.

BTW, did u close my other thread on the 'Tailgate Decoration'? Just curious as to why it was moved/closed.

Actually no it wasn't.

This thread was talking about the mugen tailgate garnish. My other thread was talking about the tailgate decoration, ie the chrome piece under the H emblem.

I did use the same picture, so I can see how you and others would get confused, but if you read what I put in the thread, you would see that I was talking about an EDM accessory.
