Key things to do if you aren't sure of the history ...
Change oil
New engine and cabin filter, very cheap and DIY
Change ATF / if any harsh shifting after that take for service
Make sure spark plugs haven't escaped from their holes 🙄 (GE fit special feature)
If rattling or down on power, check valves ... You'll want to do this eventually but not urgent if it runs good.
If you live in a cold place, new battery as soon as it starts to not want to start - very small battery in these, not great for cold.
Many satisfied GE fit owners, the utility of these cars is unparalleled in the sub compact class.

That's a really good deal! I just picked the same model up, in San Diego, with 115K for $5800 and it needed some body cleaning up. Looks great now but your mileage is great. Good luck!
