New Fit Owner 2007 Sport

Hey guys, I got my wife an 07 Sport and that's all I know about it. I drive a 2009 Odyssey EX. She loves the Fit, I love the Ody.

Only thing I've had to do since we bought the car was replacing the Trans Oil Pressure Switch.

If you notice it struggling to get going (almost like a momentary loss of power) or even a check engine light, it might be just a matter of replacing the coilpacks and sparkplugs (you may only need one or the other, but I did both just for peace of mind), which is a simple DIY (you'll find guides on the forum).
If she likes great handling, you can get some decent tires in the 15-inch wheel size (albeit not necessarily for the OEM wheels) - I have a set of ExtremeContact Sport tires on my Fit for the summers (on a set of RPF1s) and they've been fantastic fun (without sacrificing much in the way of ride quality/comfort or fuel consumption).

Have fun!

I'm actually waiting on some NGK plugs from Rock Auto right now for the Ody and the Fit. The Fit is STOCK, and I mean everything on it is factory. Including suspension. I don't know what else it needs but the suspension is tight and seems fine.

Today I did rotors and pads on the Ody and the Fit. Boy were those screws holding the rotors in place a sick joke. I did the whole Ody with my 1/2" impact and some PH3 impact bits. No problem, I only had to drill out one screw. But when I got to the Fit, the screws broke my impact bits and didn't even budge. Needless to say they are now nothing but shavings in my driveway. Is there a reason Honda torques them down so hard?
