Fog Light Lens Replacement

I want to fix a cracked fog light lens on a 2020. Do I have to take off the bumper or can I replace it from the wheel well? Thanks!

It's best to remove the front bumper. Easy job.

Any idea if there is a sensor/camera in the bumper? I took it to a body shop and the guy said if the camera is in the bumper its $500 to re-calibrate it. Thanks for the advice!
