hi
hey yall
longtime lurker, finally time to start posting now that im starting to do more mods
17 fit gk 6mt
88k miles
so far ive done:
hks silent hi power axleback exhaust
progress rear sway bar
acuity shift bushings + solid shifter base bushings
acuity pedal spacer
oem sport pedals
acuity shift boot collar
spoon shift knob
side mirror anti glare tint
GD HFP wheels
oem cargo liner
oil and manual transmission fluid change
cabin and air filter
and a very necessary deep clean
up next is suspension! planning on spoon springs + koni orange struts. its a close call between the spoon and swift springs but im leaning towards progressive over linear, and those two have the modest inch drop that i want. i have spoon rigid collars that im waiting to install until i have the whole suspension together. after that i am replacing the side mirrors with ebay jdm sized mirrors to eventually put the spoon side mirrors into.
theres a water leak somewhere in the back near the hatch that im trying to figure out too...

do it! its a great car, its simple, practical, and so fun to drive. i love it. for what it is and how much it costs i dont think theres anything that can beat it. i do wish that the 6th gear was taller for highways, but i spend a lot of time city driving and its perfect for that.
