Fixing up a fit(Fit getting fit?)

Im picking up a 2009 fit sport from my work for my kid(his old car died).Im getting it pretty cheap but it is in pretty good condition. The biggest "issue" is it has 200k miles on it.Work allowed me to drive it for a day to make sure I liked it. It drove fine with no major issues.Only things i saw were back hatch not always opening (I see whats needed for this) and when you brake it has a slight wobble (im guessing brakes/rotors/pads) The car did pass its yearly PA inspection in march so should be pretty decent. The company took decent care but I would say nothing unless needed. It needs one hell of a detail job but everything should clean up. I am starting a laundry list of things I should do and was looking for suggestions. The biggest question im thinking about is if i should try changing the trans fluid (CVT trans). . I will do plugs but should I be doing coils since I am in there? There was no running issues the day I ran it.
Any other points I should address I would appreciate any suggestions!

Thanks
