Intermittent rough idle, high pitch noise near throttle body

Intermittent rough idle, high pitch noise near throttle body
I have an 07 Fit Sport, ATM w/paddle shift. Replaced spark plugs a month ago. Car still has intermittent rough idle at stop lights. But it accelerates fine.
Today I opened the hood and heard a high pitch whine coming from behind the air box, throttle body area. When I shut the engine off, it continued to whine and then something clicked a few times, like a solenoid of some kind. I have a video but don't have the correct format to download. Any ideas?
