HCF-2 Color

I would like to ask if a bright red or orange color of a Honda HCF-2 cvt fluid matters? I've read that it should be clear to amber in color.

HCF-2 is a light yellow, translucent. Just did our Accord last week
and doesn't smell like the red fluid in the GD3's.
