Eastern NC member. Can also find me on RPR alot due to my 86 Civic Si project.

Also have a question for anyone that has driven the sport model: How smooth is the up/down shift using the padels? Does the drive-by-wire appear to do any RPM match automatically for you before getting to the next gear, or does it have a harsh engagement? I'm fairly good at matching when I have a clutch to control/feel the engagement a little, not sure how I would adapt that to a clutchless setup like the Fit. I don't really like autos that much, they always shift at the wrong time for me, and my fiancee does not know how to drive a manual. I'm planning on test driving one in a couple monthes, but just looking for current info.

Screech,

Unfortunately No one has driven the Fit with the transmission that will be available here in the US and Canada.
So you may have to wait until mid to late April for any reviews.

Someone has (they don't just slap these things together without some testing), just that their non-disclosure papers may prevent them from officially confirming anything.
