My wife and I are going to be picking up our manual Fit in August and driving around to see my mom and soldier-son.
We owe a big debt of thanks to all involved in this website and who have helped us make the decision to buy the Fit. It was very important in our experience to read about the things that you mentioned as accessories and add-ons that make the driving experience more satisfactory. You can see in my signature that we have found some ways to "guild the lily".
We would not have wanted to buy a new car, but I was also looking at EBAY and other sites and decided that the difference in price between new and used was so little, in the case of a Fit, that there wasn't much advantage in buying someones Fit from them. That, and the fact that we wanted a manual transmission and those are really scarce on the used market.
