Winter Tire for my Fit 2009 DX-A
Hello. I'm looking for winter tires and new/used sets of rims for my FIt.
I checked the website and it says rim size is 15"/16"
Is this mean I can either buy 15" or 16"? Or, is it mean Fit Sports is 16"?
My tire (the all season tires that I use right now) say 175/65SR/15
I went to wal mart and auto shop guy said there's no such thing as 65/15, they only got 65/14.
What is exactlly going one?
Which brand and size of winter tire do Fit DX owners use? Which rim size do you use??
Canadian tire told me I have to spend $580... But if I can find tires at Walmart, I can buy it for 1/2 the price. Except they have nothing!!
Sorry, I'm just a girl, who has no idea what to do with a car...

Your wheels are 15" meaning you have to either stick with 15" tires or replace the wheels.
Here is a link to the tires that TireRack offers for your size in winter tires http://www.tirerack.com/tires/TireSe...ting=S&tab=All
The guy at Walmart was wrong...what a shock. There are several options in stock size tires in your size. I have never used them, but the Bridgestone Blizzak's seem to be a fairly common snow tire.

Thank you
Thank you for your reply.
I only figured it's 15" is rim size.
Walmart guy said it's not in the system... He kept saying "Are you sure, you got 15" rim?"
Obviously, I know what I'm saying. Because that's what it says on my wheels!!! I'm gonna try to go to other Walmart near by and see if they carry it. Their tires are really inexpensive, that's why I wanted to buy from them... Other places in BC charges so much...
Used one I'm looking for, I can't seems to find the exact right size. I might just try to buy 15" used rims.
Thanks for your quick reply.
