I want to thank all of the contributors to this forum because without you I would not have been able to buy my second hand Fit without ever driving one. The nearest place was four hours away, so all your driving impressions and useful commentaries were very helpful to me.

I made my choice and picked up a 2012 with 8000 miles on it for $14,200.

I chose the older style based on manufacture in Japan and the driving comments posted here.

I knew Honda was a good brand and the rest I read up on and went for it.

Picked it up at the dealer and drove home in absolute bliss.

This car is perfect for me.

Now I am looking for some winter tires.
