2018 LX to EX/Sport Head Unit Swap?

2018 LX to EX/Sport Head Unit Swap?
I've got a 2018 LX and I'm looking at picking up a 2018 or 2019 EX or Sport Head Unit from LKQ for like $150. Would this be a plug and play capable? I know I won't have all the functionality of the replacement unit but I want the android auto capability. Thoughts on this?

No LaneWatch with the LX, so you won't lose that.
But you will lose the backup camera and the steering wheel controls on just a head swap. You need aftermarket accessories to retain the camera and steering wheel controls.
