Headlight trim piece

When I changed out my headlight bulbs about a month ago I noticed there was a trim piece on the inside of the engine bay that covered access to headlight bulbs on the driver's side, but there was not one on the passenger side. I brought this up with my dealer and they checked parts and could not locate the part or a part number. So they said they guess there wasn't suppose to be one. Does everyone have this same situation, or am I being screwed with by my dealer. If anyone does have one of these (USDM), could you let me know what the part # is. It should be on the bottom side like the driver's. Thanks

Idont think hes talking about the dust cover, rather that plastic piece thats on the driverside that you must remove to remove the headlight. There is not one on the passenger side only on the driver side.

That is probably one of the dumbest things I have ever heard. Why in the hell would you have one on the driver's side and not the passenger side. It makes it look so much cleaner with one. Bad thing is, if it is available for the JDM version, it won't work on ours since their headlights are shorter. That really surprises me that Honda would cut corners like that.

the reason why it doesn't have it over there is cuz that is where the air gets sucked in from the intake. that piece of plastic is there to (try to) stop the hot air coming from the engine bay. That is why the pass. side doesnt have one cuz there is nothing there for a plastic piece to cover up. If u dont like it so badly, take it off (sorry if i sounded mean).

edit:
ur talkin about this thing......

yeah only ONE on driver side.
