The wires you want are red/blk for the parking lamp +ve, and grn/red for the left turn signal +ve, and grn/yel for the right turn signal +ve.

Connect one end of the side marker to the +ve of the parking lamp, then the other side of the side marker to the +ve of the turn signal on its respective side. When the parking lights are off, the side marker will flash in sync with your turn signals. When the parking lights are on, the side markers will flash alternate to your turn signals.

Good luck.

p.s. - aside from the red/blk wire for the parking light, there are three other red/(colored) wires on each side for the H4 bulb. Two wires feed power to each filment, and the one leaving is not technically a ground since our cars are switch grounded, thus it's not blk.

No. if both red/blk wires are terminating at the same contact point, then it will not matter which one you splice into since they'd be touching each other anyway at the plug. Use a tester if you want to be sure.

My guess regarding the duplicate set of wires is because JDM headlamps actually have two separate bulbs for the parking/position lamp. One on top of the headlight like our cars, and one on the side. Honda probably just wanted to use the same wiring loom going to the headlight assembly for all markets to save cost, and just terminated both sets of wires at the one bulb for USDM models.
