first of all, has anyone done this, and if so, is it hard to get to the thing? do you have to remove the headliner? what does this entail?

also, i noticed that in the picture the panel is black, i think mine is grey, anyone have a black panel like that?

 

it's not black, it's gray. the picture is just a lil dark. The fit only come with gray liners and dome light.

The blue one isn't going to be that bright but the white one is significantly brighter then the stock dome light. And no u don't have to remove ur entire roofliner 2 get it installed, there is a little tiny notch in the clear plastic where you stick a flat head and pop the panel off.
