Well, I was bored so I figured I'd put those 3mm LEDs to use today. First, I decided that my mirror button needed some lighting. I mean, what was Honda thinking??? Not a mod for the squee-mish that's for sure as it takes some serious and detailed drilling and filing but these are my results. I also put some LEDs in the air vents and one under the e-brake. First pic is of the dirver's AC vent and the mirror button.

Center console and vents.

Passenger AC vent.

Here's the mirror button with the LED installed. It does require some grinding where it mounts but it's not too bad.

E-Brake Panel with LED installed

The pic of the light under the E-Brake didn't turn out very well but it does put out a nice glow around the brake lever and rear part of the console.

That looks great! Yes Honda should have put more lights on those parts like the mirror button. It is hard to find at night in the dark - also I would have like more lights on the window buttons and brighter lights for door
lock and window locks.

Thanks Cat,
Actually, I'm going to be working on those areas for the window/door controls and map pockets next!

Should be able to get to the vents by taking the glove box out and unfortunately, your radio (for the center vents)....
