Just installed my HID's
Hello all. Just installed my HID kit. I picked it up from my local Honda Dealer. No cut-off though so its all over the place. Me thinks I should take it off. I’ve had it for a week now & a couple people had pulled beside me saying that my high-beams are on . I would hate it too if someone had HID's blinding me on my rear view mirror. I think it would be sick if I did the fogs too. What do you guys think? I’ll let you guys know what I do with them.

Looks good, just be careful of your glare, i can see from your cutoff picture you have a high chance of blinding oncoming cars.
i want H.I.D's bad in my fit and civic, but not at the expense of blinding others, i know cuz i get people who blind me all the time.
other wise its cool, maybe try to adjust your lights down a bit!

adjust your headlights or....
as i asume those are single beam bulbs, they tend to blind more than bixenon bulbs due to the lack of a protective shield that the bixenon have. So, i would get bi xenon bulbs (in case theyre not) that are compatible to your kit and ballasts.

holy crap that's a lotta glare!! i'm sure u got the single filament kit cuz like fits all said the bi-xenon's come with glare shields.
BTW u bought the hid kit from a local honda dealer? they can sell them? wtf?
anyways i recommend to see if u can sell those and get a bi-xenon set from xenithxenons.com. I have installed like 3 of these kits and helped lots of other fellow fitfreakers install them on their cars and the cutoff is great! plus he's in irvine so u can pick em up!

it perfect normal, it just dim the brightness down a lil, even with stock bulb it dims. after modding your car you start noticing the lil detail.

even people with stock halogens experience this...the radio's light and speedometers are brighter when lights are not turned on. This is because since our speedometers are lit up always, the tend to be brighter at day so u can see them...but you dont need that much light up at night...got it?
