just baked off one of the taillight covers. working on the other right now.

nice, so it worked in the oven, i was going to say heat gun next,how hard was it to get apart, and how long did you bake it, and at what temp?

i baked it at 225 degrees for about 12 minutes. i started at the bottom and started seperating it with my fingers. was pretty easy. i painted them and put them back in the oven. then put them back together. i'll have pix when i install them on the car.

/???????? lol. oh, that black fit? i really like that. i'd totally drive it.

btw. i got the tails on the car. dang looks sick. no pix as i got really tired after sparying the lights. maybe i should have been painting in a more well lit area LOL

In regards to painting the reflector, if I had to do it again, I would paint the reflector black, but leave the smooth part of the outer bowl silver....I think thats how the original one was done....




BTW, a heat gun cost $30 at Home Depot.....go get one!

I WANT THAT CAR! I dont have the money to do anything like that but goddamnit. Its sexy...
